The Promising Antibacterial and Anticancer Activity of Green Synthesized Zinc Nanoparticles in Combination with Silver and Gold Nanoparticles

Abstract Zinc nanoparticles (ZnNPs) are showing promising medical applications. However, their cytotoxicity is relatively high. This study aims to use a green synthesis technique based on the natural propolis (honeybees glue) and produce three counterparts of (ZnO-NPs, AuNPs@ZnO AgNPs@ZnO). Then, would be analyzed for potential antibacterial activity cytotoxicity. The compares ZnO-NPs alone its combination with gold silver (AuNPs@ZnO results showed that AgNPs@ZnO had contributed significantly against Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria. Moreover, similar higher safety.
